Frequency depends on your goals, but consistency is the most important factor.
For most users, starting with 3 to 5 sessions per week is ideal. This allows the body to receive enough stimulation without becoming overstressed.
For skincare, many people begin with daily sessions for the first few weeks, then reduce frequency once results become visible. For recovery or pain relief, usage may be more targeted—applied after workouts or when discomfort occurs.
It’s important not to overdo it. More is not always better. The body responds best to moderate, consistent exposure rather than excessive use.
In my own routine, I found that shorter, regular sessions produced better results than longer, irregular ones. This aligns with how cellular processes work—they respond to repeated stimulation over time.
